New - Annual General Meeting

Our AGM is scheduled for Tuesday 9th March 2021, 7pm.

Our AGM will be followed by a small general meeting.

Our 2020 year was a little different to those in the past with many events and fundraising opportunities unable to be held. We are hopeful this will not be the same for 2021 and we look forward to providing our students and families social events and fundraising activities for all to enjoy together.

To help make this possible, we are calling for new members to the P& F. We would love to see some new faces join us to help with new ideas & help provide social events for our students and families along with fundraising opportunities to assist with providing those little extras for all our students here at St Mary's.

We are a small group of parents who love to see the enjoyment our events, activities and fundraising brings to our children, but as we are all busy working parents, we really do need some extra help to come on board to help and support our wonderful Parents & Friends Association.

If you are interested in helping on the P&F, please consider joining us in 2021 at the AGM, or if you have any questions, please contact the school office on 58252858.

NEW - Easter Raffle

We are running a Easter Raffle and are asking for donations of Easter items. It would be appreciated if your Donation could be handed into the office by Monday 22nd March.

Each family will receive a booklet of 10 tickets to be sold for $1 each ticket which will be distributed over the next week. If you can please return your sold raffle tickets to your child’s classroom by Friday 26th March.

The raffle will be drawn in the individual classrooms on Tuesday 30th March.

We will be 'wrapping' raffle prizes Monday 29th March 9am, please email the school office at negglestone@smmooroopna.catholic.edu.au if you are able to assist with this.
