UPDATED - 2020 FETE Information

This will be held on Friday 13th March 2020,  4.30pm to 7.30pm on the school oval.

Some exciting things we have in store for this years fete:

  • Sumo wrestling is back
  • 10 plus independent stalls
  • Lots of amazing raffle prizes
  • New games and activities
  • Choc coin toss
  • Camel rides

Reminder to all families for classroom donations to be sent in to the office for our stalls:

Grade prep, one - blocks of chocalates for the chocolate coin toss

Grades two three and four - home baked goods for the cake stall

Grade 5 and 6 - bottles of soft drink for the spider drinks (please ensure these are in prior to camp)

 

We have confirmed 56 raffle prizes. Raffle tickets are due to be returned on the Thursday 12th March. Tickets will also be available on the night.

 

There will be  a variety of 19 external stall holders attending. Including the following - 

Making Scents with Tiff ( Candles and melts), Five Little Monkeys (Scrunchies), Glenda's Dream Catchers and Craft, Lilah's ( Handmade Earrings/Cards), Monster Mania (Sewing/Embroidery),  Made By Bel and Kel ( Handmade goods), Succulents, Gc Nuts and Confectionery ( Lollies)

Loopys Loveys (Handmade Tactile Goods), Parklane Jewellery, Intimo, Body Shop, Scentsy, Neck Coolers and Caravan Goods

Doterra, TeePee Boutique Party Hire.

 

To help make this event successful we are still looking for further volunteers MORE HANDS MAKE  LIGHT WORK.... need approx 10 more.

Fete Guessing Jar

We have a Lollie Guessing Jar as one of our Fete activities.  The jar is located in the office for students & families to guess how many lollies are in it.  The guess closest to the correct number will win the jar.  

$1 per guess

NEW - Annual General Meeting

Our AGM will be held following our Bi-Annual Fete, on Tuesday 21st April.

We would love to see some new faces join us to help with new ideas to provide social events for our students and families and fundraising opportunities to assist with providing those little extras for all our students here at St Mary's. 

We are a small group of parents who love to see the enjoyment our events and activities and funds raised, bring to our children, but as we are all busy working parents, we really do need some extra help to come on board to help and support our wonderful Parents & Friends Association.
