New Year
Welcome! My name is Emily Smith and I am the new librarian at Arlington Library. It's the beginning of a new year and there is lots happening in the library.
Story time is now running on Friday lunch times at 1.30pm, this week with Chinese-themed stories to Celebrate the Chinese New Year, the Year of the Pig. We will even practice a few Ti Chi moves to help us settle and focus for the story. All students are welcome.
Please note no computer games of any type are to be permitted in the library as this is a place of quiet contemplation and reading. However for those who like playing games we will have a variety of board games available in the library soon. So if you have any requests please let me know at Arlington library or email me.
Open hours are:
Tuesday 8.30pm-4.30pm
Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
All students are welcome to come and borrow before or after school on these days.
