 HE IS RISEN!

Dear Parents and Friends of St Agatha's Primary School,

Welcome back to Term 2. I hope that you all enjoyed the break from school routine and spent some quality time with your families.

Over the holidays, the Catholic Church celebrated the Resurrection of Christ. For Catholics, the Resurrection of Christ is the central doctrine of Christianity and is based on the belief that Jesus Christ was raised from the dead on the third day after his Crucifixion.

Today, we spent time as a School community celebrating Easter with a prayer liturgy in the Hall.

Over the holidays, we also celebrated ANZAC day. Thank you to the School Captains Hamish, Alex, Addi and Ryan for coming along to lay the wreath on behalf of St Agatha's. Thank you also to Luca who came along and marched with his grandfather.

I hope you all had a great start to Term 2 and wish you all the best for a wonderful term ahead.
