Year 8 Science

As part of our studies of Reproduction in Year 8 Science, the students did a “Flower dissection”. While we admire flowers for their scent and beauty, students now understand that they play a fundamental role in the reproduction of plants. Students investigated a variety of flowering plants and identified their male and female parts which play important roles in ensuring the survival of their species.
