Positive Mental Health Support

I would like to draw your attention to some free webinars that are being offered which address mental health and wellbeing.

Life can be challenging and confusing as a young person; balancing friendships and schoolwork, concerns about body image, keeping up with trends online and in person, just to name a few pressure points.

Therefore good mental fitness is important.

It’s about training the brain to deal with daily stresses without feeling overwhelmed, upset, or worried.

Black Dog Institute is offering FREE community webinars which aim to increase understanding of mental health issues and influence people to get support – or help someone else who may need support.
