School Advisory Council AGM
School Advisory Council AGM is scheduled for Tuesday 14 November, 2017 at 6pm. All community members are warmly invited to attend.
Following new Diocesan processes, all existing positions will be open for election. Nominations will be called, and further information provided on next week's newsletter. Elections will be conducted at the AGM.
Canteen Assistance Needed

School Play Equipment Upgrade
The time has come for us to upgrade one of our playground spaces, the area near the BBQ hut. We would like to invite parents and carers interested in being part of a small group to assist with the decision making process. Please contact the office as soon as possible (4- 5 people required) so we can organise a time to meet in order to start the process. Most of the communication for this group will be via email. If it’s an area of change that you would enjoy being involved in, please phone the office on 6752 1577 or email your interest through to admin@stphilomenasmoree.catholic.edu.au.

Trapezoid tables (Approx 10) back length 60cm, front length 116cm - 56 cm wide.
Rectangle tables (Approx 30) sizes vary in the following ranges, height 50-60cm, width 50-60cm, length 104-120cm.
White metal shelving
Dismantled for ease of moving, wall mounted shelving approx 10 bays in total different configurations - please call the office to come and view.
