Year 10 Recreation students in a spin

Peter Smith, manager of Star Fitness, took the Year 10 Recreation class through a gruelling spin class on their Keiser bikes on Thursday 22/8. The class is very demanding on the legs and cardio system, but to the groups credit they smashed it right to the end.

Peter said "what an amazing group, they really had a crack which was fantastic as its a really tough class".

Congratulations to the class for demonstrating that Cheltenham value of "Personal Best".
