Learn what opportunities our students have been taking on

Pelvic Pain Foundation

Last term all Year 10 students attended a session with the Pelvic Pain Foundation at  Coughlin Park. Students all agreed it was very informative and interesting.

Pelvic Pain Foundation welcomes attendees of PPEP Talk® and their families to attend a FREE information session. Join Gynaecologist, Specialist Pain Medicine Physician and author of Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Dr Susan Evans for PPEP Talk® Next Steps on zoom. Building on the knowledge students have gained at our school sessions, PPEP Talk® Next Steps is an opportunity to ask questions and seek support for the next steps to take if a young person is living with pelvic pain that causes distress.

Pastoral Care

Last term the year 7, 9,10,11 and 12 pastoral care classes participated in Zumba sessions, looking after their mental health and well-being.

Sharing is Caring!

Year 12 students, Eliza and Kayla, have kindly been sharing samples of their cooking from Food Technology with staff each week.

The girls are pictured with Mr Timothy Weber enjoying their Maple Syrup Pudding with Pecans. Yum!

Kayla and Eliza have also been busy in the kitchen baking gingerbread cookies for the upcoming Operation 19:14 Treasure Hunt this Sunday - A FREE family event held in Horsham, organised by local Church groups.

VCE Drama

Our Year 11 VCE Drama students were thrilled to see 'Come From Away' at the Comedy Theatre in Melbourne last month. They are using the performance as part of their assessment for Drama this year. The show gave us all goosebumps!

For half of the students, this was the first time they have attended a professional drama performance - a day of wonderful memories for sure!

A special thanks to Ms Jillian Wright for driving us down and back in the terrible weather!
