This award goes to Oscar for his amazing work this week in Writing. He started the week nervous about completing a persuasive text, and by the end of the week he was working independently creating a master piece. I am very proud of you Oscar, you persisted even when you thought it was too hard. You’re a Scoresby Superstar!!

This award goes to Ellarae for the way she is excelling in Term 4. She has been an attentive listener and showing respect to her peers. This award goes to Keira for showing the HEART value Excellence. She has been working very hard during our reading lessons this week and shows excitement about her learning. This award goes to the Year 5/6 Campers for being so wonderful on camp. The students are to be commended for being so well behaved and polite. It was a joy to receive positive feedback about our students from all of the places we visited.

Congratulations to Emily and Kimberly for an excellent group composition assignment. You worked together to create a song in Garage Band with a clear chord progression and an A and B section. Very well done!
Sosefina A. - Physical Education
This award goes to Sosefina for her wonderful work learning volleyball skills this week. Sosefina listened carefully to the instructions and used the correct technique to perform a serve, dig and set. Fantastic work Sosefina!
Aaliyah L. - Visual Arts
This award goes to Aaliyah for her enthusiasm and creativity learning about angler fish. Aaliyah listened attentively when watching a video about angler fish and took great care when constructing her fish from cardboard. She ensured all areas of the cardboard were coloured before adding toothpick teeth and a chenille stem lure. Terrific work Aaliyah!
