What a year! 

After many attempts to simply schedule the staff recognition day we have been faced with many challenges including outbreaks and the devastating floods that impacted our staff, family and friends. 

Our staff have faced many continual challenges for nearly 3 years which has been physically and mentally challenging for all. In these challenging times its certainly been rewarding to work alongside so many caring and wonderful people. 

The appreciative feedback from families, staff who have been flexible with their work hours whilst battling your own personal struggles at times - Thank you!

I am finishing at ECA on 21st December, I have enjoyed my time here and a special thanks to all staff especially Sharon and Jodi, they have been wonderful to work alongside with.

Leading into Christmas we are focusing on recruitment and staff appraisals.  Fire Training has been postponed until 20th Feb 2023. 

We are currently recruiting the following

• Maintenance Manager 
• Home Care (Part Time Role)
• Part Time Care positions 

Permanent contracts are available 

In the New Year there will be focus on recruitment in Home Care, Care Roles and HR.
