Out of School Care Update

It is with great disappointment that I share with you that our Out of School Care service is temporarily suspended for all students. This inconvenience has been caused by the provider's inability to secure enough suitably qualified staff to deliver the service. 

Although we understand all sectors including Childcare are experiencing significant staff shortages, the consequences fall on the members of our community. 

We are continuing to advocate for your families with the service provider to find an immediate solution. We have also escalated the matter to the Department of Education and the South West Melbourne Regional Team.  

We are hopeful of sharing a positive outcome with you soon as we look to find a solution for now and plan for a long-term change to prevent this from happening again.

Apologies for the inevitable inconvenience this has already caused many of you. Your understanding as we work through this is greatly appreciated.
