Year 2 Excursion

Last week, Year 2 went on a very exciting excursion to various places around Gunnedah. They visited the Police Station and the Fire Station to learn all about what they do in the community. They especially loved using the fire hose and seeing themselves on the police body-cams.

Next, they visited the Water Tower Museum and the Gunnedah Rural Museum to learn all about the history of Gunnedah and the way things were.

Unfortunately, they were unable to visit the Ambulance Station due to them being out on a job, but maybe another time?

They had a wonderful day and came back exhausted from learning all sorts of new things about emergency services and the history of Gunnedah.
