PARENT PAYMENT & BOOK REQUISITE INFORMATION 2022

Family statements for 2022 have been issued in paper format via students. Statements only show charges for which payment has already been received and our thanks to those families who have already made payments. If you have any queries please email sue.turner@education.vic.gov.au or phone the school.

Credit amounts - being money paid by you or CSEF money not yet allocated to any charges/costs, will show with a minus. Eg. A credit of $50 will show as -$50 in the ‘amount owing’ column.

If you’re not sure if you have paid or not, please check your QKR app under ‘Activity’, on the screen where you choose the school. ALL payments , including uniform and canteen, are listed here.

There has been a change this year in the way schools are permitted by the Dept of Education, to process parent payments for books, netbooks, etc, and we are not able to invoice parents prior to receiving payment for any curriculum items.

If you wish to make payment for any of the contribution areas, QKR is set up with all the below amounts listed. Receipts for both tax-deductible funds, will be issued separately by the end of the financial year.

Tax deductible contributions If you would like to claim a tax deduction, please direct your contribution to the Building and/or Library Fund, NOT the School Improvement Fund. A separate receipt for tax purposes can only be issued for donations to either the Building or Library Fund.

ABSENCES, LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES FROM SCHOOL

Parents, guardians & carers are now able to come to the Office to sign their children in and out of school if they are late or leaving early. Parents are NOT permitted anywhere else, especially to classrooms and corridors.

If your child is late or absent from school without explanation from parents, an SMS will be sent to Adult A at around 10.15am. Please respond to the SMS promptly. Please note the following:

If your child will be LATE FOR SCHOOL, please come to the Office when you arrive to sign them in, and we will ensure they are delivered to class.

If you need to take your child EARLY FROM SCHOOL we ask that you:

send a note/email to the class teacher on the day of the early withdrawal; then,
come to the Office to sign your child out and they will be called from class for you.

If your child will be ABSENT FROM SCHOOL, we ask that you either:

(preferred method) Log onto Compass and record the absence
phone the school on 5427 2455 and leave a message on the absence voicemail;

Any past UNEXPLAINED ABSENCES FOR YOUR CHILD will appear on your Compass home page and you will be able to provide details via the blue link. See example below.
