‘Student Leadership Meeting Term 2, Week 1 Summary.’

Our first student leadership meeting for Term 2, started and ended in a terrific fashion. The student leaders that led this week’s meeting, were Laith and Christian, alongside Joel. 

The important topics which were discussed consisted of:

•  Improvising on handing out PBS tickets to students.
• Weekly flag duties and its roster.
• Roster on which students will hand out PBS tickets in the playground in the weeks to come.
• We also had guest speaker appearances by Ahmad, Tarek and Maha, who talked about the cultural celebration ‘Eid Al-Fitr,’ and what the celebration is all about.
• As well as student tickets, staff tickets could be a talking point to consider as well.
• Finally, towards the end of our meeting, we were presented with our student leader badges for the year!!!

I’m sure we’re all really looking forward to our next student leadership meeting.
