School Uniforms

Clovelly Park Primary School expects students to wear their school uniform with pride.

The wearing of our school uniform:

  • promotes pride in our school
  • enhances our public image
  • ensures student safety
  • reduces peer group pressures
  • encourages appropriate clothing for school activities and excursions
  • promotes a sense of equality and equal opportunity that will in turn promote self esteem.

Mother’s Day

The school was buzzing with excitement during Mother’s Day preparations.  Students had the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win one of three fabulous prizes.  The raffle was drawn via a Zoom meeting assembly where the students waited in great anticipation to see who had won. To coincide with the raffle, a Mother’s Day stall was opened up where students had the opportunity to bring along some money and purchase a gift for that special person in their life.  We sincerely hope that all families had a special day together.

Congratulations to the following families:

FIRST PRIZE – Felix         SECOND PRIZE – Winter        THIRD PRIZE – Locky

Recycled clothes needed

We are in much need of pre-loved childrens' clothes in sizes 4-8.  If you have any underpants, navy trackpants or leggings in these sizes that you wish to donate, please call the office.

For the younger students, it is also a good idea to pack a spare change of clothes in their school bags during the Autumn/Winter months.

Keep Kids Safe - School Zones and Crossings

Drivers must not exceed 25km/hr at any time of the day or night when a child is in the zone.  This includes children walking or riding a bicycle either on the road, footpath or median strip.  Please remember to pay attention to No Parking signs where displayed.

It is illegal to double park which restricts access for other traffic and can block sight lines of children crossing the road.
