Conferences

Parent-Carer Teacher conference bookings are now available on Compass 

Parent Teacher conferences will run in a COVID safe manner for staff, students and families.

There will be no face-to-face PTC event, rather there will be an opportunity for Parents/Carers to communicate with a Teacher via an email, phone call or a Zoom meeting.

Time slots will be available between:

8.30 am - 4.30 pm on Tuesday 26th April, 2022

3.30 pm - 4.30 pm on Thursday 28th April, 2022

2022 conferences will run up to 10 minutes. 

Please note: Tuesday 26th April, 2022 will be a student free day 

Bookings via Compass: 

Parents/carers can book a 10 minute time slot with the teachers of their choice by using Compass. Please see the step by step instructions below on how to make a Parent-Carer Teacher conference booking on Compass. 

Parents will be able to select their preferred means of contact which are:

• Email or
• Phone or
• Zoom

Via Compass 

Parents/carers can book in a 10 min slot with the teachers they want contact by using the Compass. They will be able to select 'Email', 'Phone' or ‘Zoom’ as the preferred means of contact.  Follow the step-by-step guide. 

Step 1

     Select Parent Teacher Interviews via the home page. 

You will be taken to your booking page and can start booking now once you click the green button.

Step 2: Select a booking time

Step 3: use the Interpreter drop down menu to select a phone call, email or Zoom

STEP 3 MUST BE COMPLETED 

From the drop down menu select your preferred means of contact: Email, Phone or Zoom 

You have now made one booking for a phone call, email or Zoom meeting with a teacher:

Repeat this process to make bookings for each teacher you would like contact with.
