Mr Peter Serone

Winter Uniform Term 2 and 3

Winter uniform requirements begin at the start of Term 2. I ask all families to work alongside the College in ensuring the students look their best for the start of Term 2 by checking uniform items during the holiday break. In particular long sleeve grey shirts (Years 5 – 10) or long sleeve blue shirts (Years 11 and 12), tie, grey shorts with long College grey socks or trousers with dark grey, black or College bumblebee socks.

From the beginning of Term 2, students in Years 6 and 8 will now be required to wear the formal hat to and from school.

The Uniform Shop opening hours for the first week of Term 2 are:

Tuesday 19 April - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Wednesday 20 April - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Thursday 21 April - 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

Friday 22 April - 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

Photo Day

On the second day back, Thursday 21 April, student pastoral photos have been organised.  It is timely that during the upcoming holiday break that all students take the opportunity to take care of their personal grooming including suitable haircuts that meet College expectations (found on page 21 of the College Student Diary).

Anzac Day March

Anzac Day falls on 25 April (Week 2, Term 2).  The traditional march will take place with all students invited to attend. The march starts at 7:30am from Betheden Terrace, Ashgrove and proceeds outbound on Waterworks Road to Ashgrove Memorial Park. Further information and College expectations with the invitation of attendance for students will be sent home early in Week 1 of Term 2.

I wish all families and their students a restful holiday and a blessed Easter break.
