Reporting Absenteeism
If your child is unwell and will not be attending school, please notify the front office via email or telephone. Teachers will be notified by office staff, or you may included them in the 'CC' box. Messages via seesaw are not recommended. Thank you.
Growing Faith at Home
One of the ways that we get to know God is by investing some time by reading his word in the bible. Today you will be receiving the second edition of this year’s Grow Together newsletter. Check out the back page. You will find a creative way to immerse yourself. It’s called ‘Lectio Divina for families’.
There are four parts to it: reading, meditating, contemplating and praying. Why not have a go with one or more of the suggested texts for a start? Psalm 23, John 10:10 and/or Matthew 13:1-9 I would love to hear your reflections!
There is also the usual GFH resource for ideas to consider.

Canteen
**Friday Recess Special: Hot Chips $3.00
Our canteen needs your help!
The canteen will be open for recess snacks from tomorrow, but we need volunteers who are willing to donate their time in assisting our Canteen Manager.
If you are able to help, please email her here.
Canteen is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at recess and for lunch.
Check the QKR! app to see what is available.
QKR! orders must be placed by 8.45am, with separate orders for each child.
Lost Property
With the high number of unclaimed / unnamed jumpers in the lost property box in the front office, parents are reminded on the importance of labelling all items which your child brings to school, including clothing.
Uniform Shop
Online QKR! uniform orders are welcome.
The uniform shop is open for business:
- Tuesday: 8.00am - 10.30am
- Tuesday: 1.00pm - 3.35pm
- Thursday: 1.00pm - 3.35pm

Volunteer Training
Parents wishing to complete their Volunteer Training are invited to register for the online option of the 'face-to-face' component, replacing the in-house training workshop.

Here are the remaining steps to becoming a registered volunteer:
- Organise a Working With Children Check (WWCC). Complete the attached form and bring to the school office with your 100pt identification.
- Complete Valuing Safe Communities online training which takes about 30 minutes. The certificate issued at the end of the training is to be shown to school office staff for verification.
- Read the following policies from our school website and sign a declaration:
- Provide proof of COVID immunisation via email.
