YEAR 10 CAMP

Camps     1 & 2    Monday 20 - Tuesday 28 April

Camps     3 & 4    Wednesday 22  - Thursday 30 April

Camp Departure times  LHS

Students are required at school by 10.00 am, for a 10.30 am departure aboard the express coach to Coober Pedy.  

Camp Arrival times LHS

Students are expected to arrive by coach from Tullamarine Airport at the following times;

Camp 1 & 2     5.30 pm - 5.45 pm

Camp 3 & 4     5.00 pm - 5.15 pm

Should the arrival times change, students will contact parents from the coach on the drive from Tullamarine using school mobile phones.

STUDENTS NOT ON CAMPS

Students not attending the Year 10 Central Australia Camp (Monday 20 April to Thursday 30 April) OR the Year 9 Queensland Camp (Sunday 3 May to Friday 8 May) are REQUIRED at school as per normal school arrangements.  

YEAR 9 CAMP

Sunday 3 May to Friday 8 May

All students attending the Year 9 Queensland Camp, received the camp itinerary in Form Assembly today.  A copy of the Itinerary is attached.

All buses will be departing Lilydale High School between 9.00am – 9.30am Sunday 3 May  (please be at the School Bus Bay no later than 8.45 am).

Travel Insurance is not included in the trip.  We strongly recommend that each student have Ambulance cover at a minimum.

We are anticipating that the buses will arrive at Lilydale High School no later than 5.00pm on Friday 8 May; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause the buses to be late.  The school website will be updated on the day with an estimated time of arrival.

ARRIVING ON TIME TO SCHOOL

Students should be arriving at school no later than 8.30 am. This gives them time to put bags in lockers and organise their books for Periods 1 and 2. 

Form Assembly commences at 8.40 am. It is imperative that students attend Form Assembly to receive important information. 

Students who arrive late for school must sign in at the Middle School Office before going to their classes.
