10 Year Reunion

It’s been 10 years since the class of 2008 walked out of Kilbreda and into the adult world. On 1st September, the girls returned to revisit the school, share memories and view the hilarious school photos (the haircuts through the years were particularly entertaining). We were treated to a tour with Damian Smith and were wowed by the new facilities and spaces. As a drama nerd, I was extremely jealous to see the new auditorium and hope that the current students know how lucky they are to have such an awesome performance space. The tour ended with a traditional trip up the tower.

It was fantastic to see everyone after all this time. Everyone has taken their lives in their own fun and exciting directions, and it was so great to spend an afternoon laughing at old stories and talking about where we’re at now. We continued the chats into the night at The Corner Store at Mentone.

Thank you to Denise Leonard and the Past Pupils' Network Association for putting this event together for us. We’ll see you in another 10 years!
