EIS Netball

On Thursday 19 April, the EIS Netballers participated in a class at DynamiCardio in Lilydale.  As part of the EIS program, the girls complete one fitness session a week.

The girls undertook a Metafit session which works on high intensity interval training.  They all worked extremely hard and I was very impressed with the amount of strength each of them have!

Year 9 Aerobics

Tuesday 17 April

On Tuesday 17 April, Mrs Crotty's Year 9 Girls Aerobics class participated in an aerobics session at DynamiCardio.

Year 11/12 Basketball

Friday 27 April

The VCE Basketball teams enjoyed a day out at Knox Basketball stadium for the Yarra Division Basketball.  All teams competed well throughout the day!

Both the A Boys and Girls teams went through the day undefeated and will compete in the Eastern Region finals later this year.

The B1 Boys also won their division.
