WORLD CHALLENGE 2018 

World Challenge Training Walk

In November, the LHS World Challenge students will be embarking on an expedition to Vietnam and Laos. They will be trekking through the hills of Sapa in Vietnam and engaging in a community project to learn more about the cultures of both Vietnam and Laos. 

Last weekend, the students and teachers met with their expedition leaders and hiked through Gembrook on their training expedition in preparation for the trip. They were exposed to various scenarios which they may be faced with overseas and had to work together as team to navigate their way to the camping destination.

The students had to plan, budget and cook all meals for the weekend as a team.   Everyone worked really well together and are looking forward to November, when we take off to Vietnam and Laos.
