Always performing and always smiling, the Instrumental Music students have kept the PAC pumping with tunes all term!  

We look forward to hosting the September Soiree this month, and our upcoming Battle of the Bands in Term 4.

Instrumental Music Students represent!

Congratulations to all Instrumental Music students and staff who performed in many different roles as part of the 2015 School Production 'All Shook Up'! 

Music students were involved in the cast, band and as part of the technical crew. It was a privilege to see all students perform so well in the respective roles. We hope to see you all involved again next year!

SEPTEMBER SOIREE 

Soloist, Duet and Small Ensemble Performance Evening

We're excited to be holding the 2015 September Soiree at the Yarra Valley Grand Hotel in Yarra Glen. 

All students who have been invited to perform received a notice in form assembly and were invited to a meeting on Thursday 3 September to discuss the event with Ms Cumming. 

Due to venue restrictions, our audience numbers will be kept to a minimum this year of 1-2 audience members per student. 

Students need to return their indemnity notice in order to secure their performance spot on the night by Monday 7 September. 

The performances will be on the stage in the outdoor performance space of the Yarra Valley Grand Hotel.  Whilst heating is provided, we recommend that all attending dress appropriately to the weather on the night. 

Performances will start at 7.00 pm and the night will conclude by 10.00 pm.  We look forward to the student performances.

LHS BATTLE OF THE BANDS

All students involved in Battle of the Bands have been rehearsing in the PAC at lunchtimes during the week.

All groups will be performing 2 songs at the final in October, during the Lilydale High School October Arts Festival!
