During the final week of this term, students in Years 7 to 9 are invited to participate in our regular End of Year Activities program. Should a chosen activity incur a cost, this needs to be paid by Friday 15th November
Absences during this week
Our expectations regarding student attendance remain the same throughout this period of the year as they are at all other times. We realise that many families use this week to go on holiday, therefore:
- If you know your child will not be attending school on a particular day during Activities Week, we ask that you indicate that your child will be absent from the program by clicking the ‘EOYA – not attending’ event for that day
- Parents will also need to indicate on Compass that their child is absent, citing ‘Parent choice’ as the reason.
For Years 7 - 9 students, regular timetabled classes will continue up until Friday 13th December. The Activities program will run from Monday 16th December to Thursday 19th December.
