Year 11 VCAL 

The Yr 11 VCAL class were able to organise a guest speaker (remotely) who we have had come each year to talk to our students about the importance of first impressions and Resumes/CVs.

Daniel Grech a Careers Development Consultant joined Yr 11 VCAL Tuesday for an hour. The students really appreciated his time and his expertise. Mas National is a service provider contracted by the Australian Government as represented by the Department of Education and Training to provide support services to prospective and current employers and Australian Apprentices. Mas National is one of a four of Network Providers in Victoria and Tasmania. Mas is responsible for approximately a third of the apprenticeships in Victoria.

The instant impact of this online incursion has been that one student updated her Resume, applied and got a job at KFC all within two days. Congratulations Taylah for getting the job and all the Yr 11 VCAL students for their dedication in this online setting. Definitely a proud teacher moment!
