Learning and Teaching

Ms Jodie Connell - Deputy Principal

As we come to the end of Remote Learning 2.0, the College continues to ensure that all students are provided with the best learning opportunities possible, and we give thanks to the teachers have worked hard to support all students during this time.

Subject Selection

Over the next few weeks we will start counselling students with subject allocations for the following year. Every effort is made to help students choose a pathway and subjects that will help them achieve their aims. The counselling process will begin with the current Year 11 students and then we will work our way down to the Year 10 and Year 9 students. This will all be completed by the middle of November.

Year 12 Practice Exams

The 2020 Unit 3 & 4 Trial Exams will be held from Monday 12th October to Friday 16th October.  Students have been issued with a timetable.

There is also a Year 12 Practice English Exam on Thursday 22nd October from 1.30 pm to 5.00pm.

  • Year 11 students studying a Year 12 subject are not required in class on the day of their exam. When they would normally have a timetabled Year 12 class students are to report to the library for supervised study.
  • Year 12 students who do not have an Exam are not required at school. Year 12 students at school without an exam must attend supervised study in the Library.
  • All students will be temperature tested prior to the commencement of each exam session. Students have been advised of where the temperature testing stations will be for each exam session. Students should report to the temperature testing station 30 minutes prior to the start of their exam.

The final day of official Unit 3 & 4 classes is Friday 30 October.
