'Explore the World from Home' Week
Wow... what a fun week everyone has had without leaving home. Thank you to teachers, parents and children who have explored the world from home this week. Everyone has had a lot of fun virtually visiting places all around the world and out of this world! Children have enjoyed; the farm, the zoo, the aquarium, an African safari and flights into space. Children also enjoyed creating camp experiences at home and some even camped in tents in their homes and backyards. Talent shows, scavenger hunts, star gazing cooking and other camp experiences were enjoyed.
This week has given everyone an opportunity to connect with each and to re-energise as we move into the final weeks of term 3. Thank you to all parents for continuing to support your child with their learning, meeting the many challenges and making it successful! Also thank you to our wonderful teachers who continue to work tirelessly to provide the best learning experiences for the children in their care.
Stay safe and happy.

To the Moon and Beyond with Year 3
Year 3’s have been exploring Space as part of their Camp Week. We had a night meet where we observed the Moon and tried to see the Satellite train which was supposed to be visible at 6:58pm. The Year 3’s created a place to camp out in their home. Here are some great 3B campsites.

Dear Front Line Workers...
This week, Lidya from 5B spent time thoughtfully writing a special message and even looked up translations for our community:
Dear frontline workers,
Thank you for sacrificing your time and life to all the people who need your help during these risky and difficult times. May God bless you with strength to get through each day.❤️
Regards,
Lidya

We are so excited to announce that students of Preps to Grade 2 will be invited to join a virtual disco to be hosted by Friend In Me together with Kids Disco Parties so please save the date.

A Message from OSHClub
Dear Queen of Peace OshClub families,
Just a little message to you all at home during this time. We are thinking of you and hoping you are safe and well and enjoying the sunshine and the rain. Please let us know if we can help and support you in anyway.
Kind regards,

We have some riddles for the students as we know children love riddles and they not only provide fun, but also
help children to think and reason. We would send the answers to these riddles in the next newsletter and in the meantime if you know the answers we would love to hear them, email us at Queenofpeace@oshclub.com.au.
