" Hello SPS community. Well its holidays next week! Amazing! Id like to wish you all a safe and refreshing time. I found a sheet headed "10 tips for maximising well being" from Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre Southern Region. I thought I'd share these with you as we head into a holiday break.

10 tips for maximising well-being

  1. Find a regular activity that helps you relax.
  2. Practice regular relaxation.
  3. Connect regularly with friends, family neighbours, etc.
  4. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
  5. Get regular exercise.
  6. Eat a regular well balanced diet.
  7. Be kind to yourself.
  8. Take some quiet time for yourself away from usual demands, even 15 minutes.
  9. Plan something to look forward to.
  10. Aim to get enough sleep every night.
