Pirate day

Ahoy there me hearties! What fun we shared last Thursday, as we came together to raise funds for, The Kids’ Cancer Project, with the specific focus of childhood Brain cancer research. Together, we raised an incredible $545.75!

There were so many highlights throughout the day, from the excitement of seeing each other dressed up, to the Pirate themed writing and numeracy, Mr Cox’s lunchtime treasure hunt, the visit from Cooper in 5A’s real life Mcaw Parrot and of course the brilliant announcements over the loudspeaker by our amazing office staff Tracey and Lauren. 

Days like this provide such a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, have some fun, make connections, and of course work for the greater good.

The Junior School Council are so grateful to all the students, staff and families, who joined in the spirit of the day.
