ART NEWS

Animal fever has well and truly taken over the Art room, with students across the school creating a range of artworks, based around animals.

Students have used a myriad of resources to create their own artworks, from our Preps, who used paper, scissors glue and textas, to make their hungry caterpillars, right through to cardboard, paint, oil pastels, dabbers and paint brushes for the 3’s to 6’s, who created jungle scenes. Our middle and senior students learnt the difference between, backdrop, background and foreground and creating layers, to add the perception of depth in their artwork.
