Lower North Coast Dance Festival

The Glasshouse, Port Macquarie

During Week 9 the Kempsey High School Dance Ensemble took the stage at the Lower North Coast Dance Festival held at the Port Macquarie Glasshouse.

They wowed the audience with their hip hop and contemporary dance routines, earning the privilege to perform their contemporary dance ‘Trigger’ at the prestigious Showcase evening.

The students' exceptional dedication to rehearsals and their willingness to step out of their comfort zones resulted in a remarkable display of energy, skill, and performance quality.

We couldn't be prouder of our students' accomplishments.

A special shout-out goes to Cleo Perrin, who not only dazzled with her performance as part of the Kempsey High School Dance Ensemble but also impressed as a member of the Lower North Coast Junior Dance Ensemble. Cleo, your outstanding performance truly stood out and showcased your incredible talent.

Special thanks also goes to all parents helpers and Ms Brown and Ms Kenyon for helping out on the day.
