COLLINGWOOD CHILDREN'S FARM SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Saturday 24 June 2023 - Sunday 09 July 2023
Collingwood Children’s Farm is a working community farm open year-round. During the school holidays, kids can put their farmer hat on with the Farmer for a Day program or discover the farm at their own pace with self-guided group tours.
With a commitment to life-long learning, the the farm's education program extends beyond the school term and provides hands-on, outdoor educational activities through their school holiday bookings.
Farmer for a Day
You’ll get the chance to be a farmer for the day by getting outdoors, meeting some animals and doing hands-on farm work and a workshop. You’ll learn about how the farm takes care of the animals and land that we rely on as humans. Your tour, farm work and workshop will be facilitated by a Collingwood Children’s Farm staff member.
- Available to children aged 8 to 14 years old only
- A maximum of 20 attendees per day, supervised by staff
