Trivia Night Fundraiser

Lancefield Primary School Council will be hosting a trivia night on the 1st September 2023 at the Lancefield Mechanics Hall. Doors will open at 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start. A professional host will run the evening. 

BYO drinks and snacks. Grazing boxes supplied by the Lancefield Providore are available for purchase if desired, 3 options are available. Grazing boxes must be ordered via TryBooking by the 28th August as they cannot be purchased on the night. Complimentary light supper will be provided - tea, coffee.

Silent auctions, raffles and door prizes on the night. Please bring cash for the raffles, EFTPOS facilities will be available on the night to pay for silent auction items. Donations of goods and services for the silent auction and raffles gratefully accepted. Please contact Natalie Brown or Prudence Williams if you are able to make a donation of goods and or services.

Bookings are to be made through Try Booking: https://www.trybooking.com/CJWIL and will close on Thursday 31st August at 5pm or earlier if sold out.  Please note the closing date for grazing box orders on Try Booking is the 28th August to allow the Providore to fill orders.
