Parent Payments

Wewould like to thank all parents who have contributed towards the school this year either by contributing financially (curriculum & other voluntary contributions or library fund donations) or volunteering your time.

If you have yet to contribute this year, we strongly encourage you to do so. 

 

Your contributions assist us to enhance and broaden the educational experience for our students. 

 

Curriculum Contributions and Other contributions are voluntary.  If you are unable or choose not to make financial contributions, your child will not be disadvantaged or denied access to the resources required to deliver the curriculum.

 

Your contributions go specifically towards items and activities that will help improve your child’s educational experience.

 

2024 Enrolments

Planning is underway for 2024.  It would be helpful if families could let the school know of any plans they may have with regards to students not returning to Lancefield PS in 2024 (students in year levels other than 6) eg. Moving from the area, going to Braemar in year 5 etc. Please advise the school by sending an email to the school email: lancefield.ps@education.vic.gov.au

 

2024 Prep enrolment applications are due by, Friday July 28th.  Please ensure your child/s application is returned to the office by this date. You will be notified of the outcome of your application by Friday 11th August.  If you receive an offer of placement, you should accept this offer by Friday 25th August.

 

Year 7 2024 Placement Acceptance slips

A reminder, year 6 students attending a government high school, year 7 2024 placement acceptance slips are due back to the office no later than Wednesday 9th August. 

 

Lunch Order Wallets - Bakery Lunch Orders

Re-usable lunch order wallets are available from Stickybeaks Reusable Lunch Order Bags | Stickybeaks.  Wallets are $12.50 each, insulated wallets $14.50 and can be ordered by families direct from the supplier.

 

The wallets reduce the amount of waste from lunch orders as they eliminate the need for single use paper bags, envelopes and zip lock bags.

 

Made from non-woven polypropylene (like green shopping bags) they are durable and easy to clean, simply remove the base and wipe clean with a damp cloth.  The hygienic zippered pocket is to separate money from contact with food and clearly displays the child’s order and a transparent pocket displays name & class.  When not in use, the lunch wallet folds down into a convenient wallet and fastened closed with a velcro strap.  They come in eight binding colours to choose from.
