Careers News
Opportunities continue to occur for our students to take advantage of in the coming weeks.
Medicine Workshops
Last week, several students in Years 10-12 considering Medicine as a career met with current medical students from UNSW to hear about their experiences and receive advice and information from them. This was one of a series of activities organised by local careers advisers through TADCAN (Tamworth and District Careers Advisers Network). The next one is the medical workshop to be held on June 7 by the University of Newcastle. Students wishing to attend this must give their names to me so I can RSVP on their behalf.
UMAT Registration for Year 12 Students Closes at 5:00pm on June

Tertiary Update Day
On Friday 9 June I, along with Careers Advisers from across NSW, will be attending the CAA Tertiary Update Day. Due to constantly changing and new information from universities, this will be an opportunity to find out what our students need to know from these providers:

UNSW Australia
UTS:INSEARCH
University of Wollongong
TAFE NSW
CQ University Australia
The University of New England
Torrens University Australia
University of Melbourne
