Through Google meets, students are engaging in online discussion about human impacts on the environment with reference to the local environment. Learning Support News
Our Teacher Assistants have been working closely alongside our teachers to continue to support student learning. They have transitioned to online learning support and are contactable to students via their Google Classrooms or email. They are happy to answer any question and assist with issues students may be facing during this time with their classwork and assessment items, just like they would have in the classroom. All the Teacher Assistants would like to congratulate students on their adaptability to this new way of learning and they can't wait to be back in the classroom soon.

Take Home Chef
With online learning taking place, the Yr 12 Hospitality students cannot partake in food practicals on school campus. To continue honing their culinary skillbase, the students were proposed a challenge to create a breakfast or brunch item using only ingredients and equipment found in their family kitchen.
The purpose of this task was to demonstrate flexibility with the use of only available ingredients, time constraints of our normal class lessons and the ability to present food items to industry standards.
Here are the final products. A mix of savoury and sweet.
The next challenge may be to dinner for your family - Happy Eating!
