Harmony Day
Harmony Week is from the 20th – 24th March. The 21st March is Harmony Day and is celebrated every year across Australia and highlights our cultural diversity. Harmony Day also coincides with United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
The message of Harmony Day is ‘Everyone Belongs!’
This fits in beautifully with our school values and the acceptance focus this term.
As a school we will be highlighting Harmony Week. This will include activities in the homerooms and in the outside spaces.
We would like to invite you to a shared lunch on Greenland from 10:55am to 11:30am. Not only will we be having lunch as a school community but there will be music and organised outdoor activities that you may like to join in.
More information will be sent home this week.
