Wellbeing

Dear Community,

The school year is winding up and what a year it has been!

There will be times and experiences to remember and important reflections that have led us to think and respond differently in our ways.

Here is a link to an exceptional article, Post COVID-19 Times: A Reflection, written by Khyati Tripathi, Senior Research Fellow in Psychology at Delhi University, India.

Although this insightful article was written earlier in the pandemic, Tripathi sums up and brings together the experience and thoughts of our changing world.

She challenges us to discern through 4 issues that capture our thoughts to reflect on the year and way forward.

  1. The sentiments of people.
  2. The temporal and emotional gaps that the pandemic has created in our lives.
  3. The memory of this time.
  4. The grueling dilemmas that the pandemic has put us through

This time of year, strives to create a sense of Peace, Hope, Love and Goodwill towards one another. I can’t help but think this is how people have responded to each other in the past year.

Keep safe, enjoy the Holiday Season and have a fun filled summer break!
