ACTIVITIES WEEK

Activities is from the 14th to 17th of December. For your children to participate, permission and payment is  required through Compass or at the Office by Friday 11th December.  

 

ELECTIVE CHARGES

Students in Years, 9, 10, 11 and 12 will have elective subjects in 2021.  If your child has chosen a fee paying elective, this is required to be paid by the Friday 12th February 2021. If you are experiencing any difficulty, please contact Trish or Julian on 9359 1166.

 

 

CHANGES TO CSEF FUNDING FOR 2020

For 2020 the use of CSEF funds has been extended to include voluntary payments to the school.  If you are interested in using some of your funds for this, please contact the College.

PARENT PAYMENTS FOR 2021

The College's Fees and Charges for 2021 have now been approved by our School Council.

The amount charged to families assists in covering the material and consumable costs of delivering our programs.  

 

The College Parent Payments for 2021 can be downloaded here.

 

Any families who paid in full for 2020 Optional Item Subjects for a Year 11 or 12 student will have a full 25% credited towards their 2021 Parent Payments.

 

If families pay the full fee amount before the first day of classes, the College will offer a 10% discount of the total fee amount. Any money paid after the first day of classes will not incur the 10% discount.

 

Families have the option of paying at the general office, by direct debit or via CompassPay. Banking details are provided on each statement/tax invoice.

 

Your should have received your family's statement, along with the booklists and other information.  If this has not been received please contact the Office 9359 1166

 

DECEMBER/JANUARY BREAK

The Office will be closed from 4pm on Thursday 17th December, 2020 until 9am on Thursday 21st January 2021. The Education Support Staff thank you for your support during 2020 and look forward to assisting you in 2021. Have a happy holiday and a safe break.

The College Office is open from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday .  If you have any queries at all please give us a call on 9359 1166 and we will be happy to assist you.  If we cannot help you immediately, we will refer your call to the right person.  They will get back to you as soon as possible.
