Did you know?

In 1996, ‘The Wizard of Oz’ was the first musical performance held in the new auditorium from the 7th to the 10th August.  Lisa Parnis stole the show, with her portrayal of ‘Dorothy’.  Her acting was fantastic and she gave the character innocence, love and above all tenacity and a strong will.  A big part of the success of ‘The Wizard of Oz’ lay firmly in the capable hands of Mr David Ellis and Ms Fiona Hili.  The costumes were designed by Ms Elisabeth Czaja and set design by Ms Melissa Hepburn.  It was indeed a great occasion!
