Artist In Residence Book Launch

As part of the 2021 Artist In Residence program , freelance Artist, Olivia Grbac worked with students from Year 3 to 6 to develop a picture story book before it was illustrated and printed utilising a technique called 'Riso' Printing. 

The students who were the lead illustrators and authors were presented with a copy of the book and the remaining 120 students involved also received a copy. 

The co-authors, Kisali and Alana read the story to the rest of the group while they followed along with their own copies. Sadie and Otto's Aitken Adventure is available for students to read in our library.

The book was officially launched by the Head of Faculty- Visual Art, Mrs Linda Camileri and the Principal.
