HCC's classroom economy ('Benson Bucks') is a program that teaches students financial responsibility and citizenship skills through fun, experiential learning.

Students earn 'Benson Bucks' for completing classroom job responsibilities and creating products or services for semi-annual class markets. They can purchase items and rewards but must first pay for their expenses like 'rent'! Students gain many valuable real-world skills from our classroom economy program.
