STATE ATHLETICS -CONGRATULATIONS - CHLOE M (6/7)

After finishing 2nd at the Southern Metropolitan Regional athletics competition in the 200m, Chloe M qualified for the State Championships which was held on Wednesday 2nd November. Being her first time competing at this level, Chloe was extremely nervous, as she was competing against the top 12/13 year old sprinters in the state. Chloe finished 5th in her heat and 9th overall, missing the final by 0.09 seconds. A wonderful achievement Chloe, we are all very proud of you.

YEAR 6 TABLE TENNIS CLINIC

Through the Sporting Schools Program, the Year 6 students have been enjoying a 4 week Table Tennis club run by Sally Culley from the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston City Table Tennis Association. The lessons have included, how to hold the racquet correctly, rallying (forehand, backhand and serving) and how to play and score in both singles and doubles.
