In term 4 kitchen classes, students have been eagerly and passionately making delicious Italian desserts. Using fresh produce from the garden and delicious seasonal fruits, the Year 3 and Year 4 students have made some outstanding dishes, including Dolce Rosa Pizza (red sweet pizza), Crostata di frutta (Fruit tart) and tiramisu (kid friendly of course!) just to name a few. Students are really loving the recipes this term, designing their dishes and flavour profiles has been a big hit, and I look forward to seeing the rest of the terms delicious desserts. 

Each week when the students have kitchen it would be wonderful to send a small container to school so they can bring some of their cooking home, providing there is some to share!
