Safe Route to School Survey

As part of our ongoing support of our school community, together with the Darebin Council, we would like as many parents as possible to complete the survey below.  This survey aims to paint a picture of how the students get to school each day, and how they get home (i.e car, bike, walk).  The survey also asks you to think about what would make it easier or safer for the students to get to or picked up from school each day.  This survey is to help identify common travel routes to school and any road safety problems or access issues in the local area. All information collected is completely anonymous and will be kept in confidence and only used to help identify Safe Routes to School improvements and actions for St Raphael’s Primary School.
