This week's 'Humans of Kilvington' guest is Belinda Collins, our Finance Manager, pictured here with the lovely Reuben.

1. When you were younger what did you want to be when you grew up?

A travel agent

2. What football team do you support?

Collingwood

3. You can travel to any destination in the world, where would you go?

To Hull in the U.K (to see my daughter), Scotland and Turkey

4. Funniest/most memorable moment at Kilvington.

The time we had a possum fall through the ceiling in the old Admin building. Jon Charlton, Graham Williams (our Business Manager at the time) and I ended up chasing the rogue marsupial through the middle school.

5. Share something about yourself that no-one would ever guess.

I am a registered marriage celebrant and am currently taking singing lessons.

6. If you could swap your job with anyone else at Kilvington, who would you swap with?

I don’t think I’d like to swap my job with anyone.

7. Your favourite thing about working at Kilvington?

The team of legends I work with.

Hosting students from Todoroki High School, Tokyo in Term 1 2023

Expressions of interest are sought from families who would be willing to host one of two Japanese exchange students from our sister school, Todoroki High School in Tokyo, Japan in Term 1 of 2023.

  • Likely arrival date - Sunday 29 January 2023 (the last day of the Australia Day long weekend)
  • Likely departure date - Thursday 6 April 2023 (Holy Thursday)

Japanese students are currently applying to be selected to come to Kilvington on Exchange and will be selected on 12 November. Students of Kilvington families who host will be given priority for opportunities to travel to Japan on Exchange.
