Last year’s transition has clearly helped our students to settle in. However, if your child is experiencing some anxiety or still has not settled in, please reach out to the Year 8 Student Management Team.
We have also come across uniform items that do not have a name, please check that all books and uniforms are labelled. We have recently had a locker blitz, and very few still do not have a lock on their locker.
Consider your child’s screen use in the context of their overall health and well-being. For example, is online time getting in the way of their sleep and exercise? Is it impacting on their face-to-face connections with family and friends? Is it a distraction during study and homework time? The answers to these questions will guide you and help strike the right balance of online and offline activities for your child.

Now we are looking forward to the upcoming Athletics Carnival on 17/3/23. On the theme of sport, below Year 8 Students enjoying a game of down ball during recess, and some others enjoying a game of table tennis on our recently installed table tennis table.
