Henderson House Fundraiser – ‘Palentines’ Day

Students are invited to wear a red accessory on Tuesday 14 February.  Please send a gold coin donation with your child to raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis Australia.  Acceptable accessories include, but are not limited to:

  • Red hair decorations
  • Red socks
  • Red tie
  • Red jewellery

Please note that the summer school uniform must be worn underneath, and accessories are to be removed if travelling to and from school via public transport.

 

Life Education Queensland

 

Life Education Queensland and Healthy Harold will be visiting our school between Tuesday 14 and Monday 20 February. A Parent Information session with the specialist educator will also be held in the Lower LRC on Tuesday 14 Feb at 1:30pm. If your child has not attended a Life Ed session before, or if you have any questions about the content, you are welcome to attend this session.

 

As part of the Life Education Queensland experience, you and your family also receive access to the Life Education Hub. The Hub includes a range of vital topics, from Cyber-safety to Personal Safety & Bullying, to help navigate your child's development with helpful hints and tips for families.
