What a great start we had last week here at OSHC! Students are showing so much enthusiasm to be back after such a refreshing break. It’s excellent to see students engaging in the program and appearing excited to get amongst some activities.

A big thank you to Katharina Guichard-Weiss (Leon’s mum) for thinking of us and making some wonderful donations to the program. Students have been truly enjoying all the resources!

On this note, OSHC team will appreciate any books and graphic novel donations for young people (grade 5-6).

IMPORTANT:

  1. Bookings do not roll over from last year. You must submit your new permanent bookings for 2023 via email

 

  1. Permanent Booking for 2023 

Please be aware that all permanent bookings for 2022 do not carry over for 2023.

You don’t be to re-enroll your child as your account is already linked to your child enrolment.

If you need a permanent booking for your child in 2023, please send an email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au with the days and sessions that you need.

If you don’t know your dates yet, you can send an email with your request later in January 2023

 

  1. New Booking and Cancellation Policy

A reminder that OSHC has updated the Booking and Cancellation Policy and it will be effective as the 1st of January 2023.

All casual bookings and all session cancellations (for both permanent and casual bookings) will require a 24-hour notice prior to the relevant session starting time.

This change will provide the OSHC team to cater for better service, including food preparation and staff ratio.

The new Booking and Cancellation Policy was sent out to all families via Xplor app and it will updated on the website for 2023.

  1. Enrolments changes: if you need to make any changes in your enrolment, such as diet requirement, medical conditions, new address or phone number and contact list, please email your changes to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au

 

  1. Child Care Subsidy(CCS): please make sure that you are entitled for CCS through your app. If your CCS has dropped, please make sure that you:

 

  1. Sign off your CWA through your Xplor Home app, under Accounts/Finance
  2. Confirm your enrolment with BNWPS OSHC through your Centrelink App/Account

Did you know that you can get photos, videos and daily updates on your child’s learning?

Tap on Learning through your Xplor Home app and you can see any observations about your child. You can also make comments and suggestions.
